Role: Group Head - Account Management (Media Integrated)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional for the role of Media Planner & Client Servicing (Integrated) to manage integrated media planning and client servicing responsibilities across ATL, digital, social, content, and performance platforms.
The ideal candidate should possess strong media planning expertise, excellent client management capabilities, and the ability to drive integrated communication solutions aligned with business and brand objectives. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams including strategy, creative, media buying, digital, analytics, production, and partner agencies to deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Strategy
- Develop integrated media strategies and communication plans across ATL, digital, social, content, influencer, and performance marketing channels.
- Understand client objectives, target audience behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to recommend effective media solutions.
- Prepare detailed media plans including channel allocation, audience targeting, budget distribution, scheduling, and reach/frequency planning.
- Collaborate with media buying teams, publishers, platform partners, and vendors for campaign planning and execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize media strategies based on KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, CPL, CPM, CPC, and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights, post-campaign reports, and optimization recommendations.
- Manage media budgets, forecasts, and media efficiency tracking across campaigns.
Client Servicing & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong day-to-day relationships.
- Understand client business goals and proactively recommend integrated communication solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, strategy, content, digital, production, and analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage end-to-end campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and status updates.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication, messaging, and campaign delivery across all touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and integrated service offerings.
- Support new business pitches, proposal development, and strategic presentations.
Skills & Qualifications
- 7 to 8 years of experience in Media Planning, Integrated Media, Account Management, or Client Servicing roles within advertising/media agencies.
- Strong understanding of ATL, digital media, social media, performance marketing, and integrated communication planning.
- Experience in client servicing, campaign management, media strategy, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of media metrics and campaign reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and media reporting/analytics tools.
