- Focus: Financial control, compliance, and intelligence across international entities (USA, UK, UAE, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Oversight: Monitor international branch operations, manage VAT/GST/Sales Tax filings, and maintain a global compliance calendar.
- Intercompany Management: Structure and document financial flows between the Singapore HQ and global entities.
- Financial Intelligence: Analyse margins and profitability across regions; provide the CEO with actionable insights to stop financial leakage.
- Systems & Discipline: Build scalable reporting systems and maintain group-wide financial discipline.
