  • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of LSEG's unified SACM operating model, covering all infrastructure, cloud, platform, and application assets.
  • Define and govern enterprise standards for metadata, lineage, quality, lifecycle rules, configuration modelling, and vocabulary for asset and configuration data.
  • Architect and oversee the enterprise SACM data model, ensuring CMDB structures, CI classes, discovery pipelines, reconciliation logic, and service mappings are consistent and accurate.
  • Drive remediation of audit and controls findings related to Asset Lifecycle Management, CMDB accuracy, configuration compliance, and related processes.
  • Implement enterprise lifecycle governance frameworks, including EOL/EOSL tracking, baseline/hardening compliance, patch posture, and backup posture.
  • Oversee discovery, CI population, reconciliation, and data quality pipelines, ensuring SACM becomes the authoritative system of record.
  • Stand up and lead a cross tower SACM governance council to drive adoption, alignment, and operational consistency.
  • Embed SACM into engineering and operational workflows by partnering with Cloud, SRE, TechOps, FinOps, Observability, Audit, GRC, and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Ensure seamless integrations across ServiceNow, observability pipelines, automation platforms, and engineering systems to enable operational insights and AI driven engineering.
  • Champion a high-quality data culture, establishing KPIs, quality thresholds, lifecycle governance processes, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Deep expertise in Asset & Configuration Management, CMDB modelling, service mapping, and lifecycle governance.
  • Proven experience leading large scale engineering, infrastructure, or platform governance initiatives in global, matrixed environments.
  • Strong understanding of observability telemetry, operational datasets, dependency maps, and configuration driven automation.
  • Fluency in enterprise architecture and asset/configuration data models across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, tower heads, and cross functional engineering leadership.
  • Experience driving data quality improvement programs, audit remediation, and technology controls uplift.
  • A balanced leadership style combining strategic vision (65%) with operational execution (35%).
  • Ability to translate complex, cross domain operational issues into clear priorities and structured action plans.

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN:

  • Opportunity to transform and modernize SACM as a foundational capability for resilience, automation, compliance, and AI driven operations.
  • Influence over enterprise-wide engineering data integrity, operational intelligence, and lifecycle governance.
  • Partnership with senior engineering, risk, audit, and operations leaders across LSEG.
  • Ownership of a high impact, Group critical function with visibility at SLT and Board governance levels.
  • A role designed with strategic breadth and deep technical influence, shaping how LSEG governs its global technology estate.
