Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial leadership at the group level, overseeing finance operations across multiple business units and legal entities.
  • Drive group-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to support growth and profitability objectives.
  • Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and compliance across all subsidiaries, including statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to evaluate financial performance, optimize capital allocation, and support strategic initiatives, M&A, and investments.
  • Lead consolidation of group financial statements and present accurate, timely financial insights to the Board and senior leadership.
  • Manage treasury functions including cash flow management, funding strategies, banking relationships, and risk management at the group level.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance teams across the group, driving standardization of processes and financial best practices.

Background / Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification with 15+ years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles.
  • Prior experience as Group CFO, CFO, or senior finance leader managing multiple business units or subsidiaries at a group level.
  • Proven track record of leading finance functions across complex organizational structures, including consolidation, governance, and cross-entity reporting.
  • Strong experience partnering with Boards, promoters, and senior leadership on strategy, capital allocation, and long-term financial planning.
  • Hands-on expertise in treasury, taxation, compliance, audit, and regulatory matters across diverse business operations.
  • Experience in scaling organizations, managing change, and implementing robust financial systems and controls.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence across business and functional teams.
