Key Responsibilities:
- Project Financial Control: Oversee project budgeting, cost estimation, and financial performance monitoring to ensure profitability, including managing long-term, large-scale project financing.
- Infrastructure Financing: Structure debt and equity financing to support expansion, purchasing power equipment, and facility upgrades.
- Investor Relations & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports to stakeholders, board members, and investors.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital: Optimize cash flow and working capital management, crucial for handling high-volume inflows/outflows in all projects.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Implement stringent internal controls, manage financial risks (e.g., forex, interest rates), and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strategic Planning & Growth: Collaborate with the CEO on strategic initiatives, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and international business expansion.
- Leadership & Reporting: Lead finance, accounting, and taxation teams; prepare accurate financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in infrastructure or EPC.
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Salary: up to 45 LPA
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP, project financing, fundraising, and financial modelling.
- Competencies: Strong strategic acumen, leadership, and ability to manage 15+ member finance and accounts teams.

- Project-level profitability and cash flow improvements.
- Reduction in working capital cycle.
- Effective debt management and fundraising for new projects.
- Timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
