Role Description

We are seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Group CFO will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting, and produce financial statements for strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include fund raising, guiding budgeting processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing analytical insights to support the organization's financial health and growth.

• Strong Analytical Skills for strategic decision-making
• Demonstrable leadership experience in financial management roles
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA or CPA qualification is a plus
• Expertise in the media and IT sectors is highly desirable
