Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless client interfacing and project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines.
  • Contribute to the analytical and creative thought process in new business development pitches and ongoing projects.
  • Meeting up with clients to get a brief on their brand presence & need for consumer connect.
  • Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connect programs etc.
  • Presentation of the brief to the concept team, work with the creative team for ideation & conceptualizing.
  • Presentation of the idea to the client so as to communicate the idea in an effective manner.
  • Interact with the Operations team to ensure effective execution of the event & activation.
  • Allocate briefs to team members, Lead & guide the team for effective planning & execution, brand understanding & ideation.
  • Holding periodic team meetings to update/review on the team targets achieved & address pending issues.
  • Assigning KRAs & making sure team members understand the job description well
  • Identifying training & development needs of the team & ensuring same is met in coordination with HR
  • Providing orientation to new joinees in team & on the job training
  • Evaluation of performance for team member's growth
  • Identifying manpower needs for the team & working in synergy with HR to hire the right talent

Work Experience

6 - 8 years of experience in account management with in the digital agency space.
