Job Description

We're hiring a senior client leader to own our most important accounts and grow them, and to bring their own network of senior marketing decision-makers into Clickr. This is a client leadership seat with a growth brain.

You'll be the trusted senior partner our clients call when they need to grow, and the person who mobilizes Clickr's performance, creative and tech teams to deliver it.

Think of it as a forward-deployed marketer: you sit inside the client's business rather than advising from the outside, scope what will actually move their numbers, ship it with our teams, and stay accountable until the results show up.

Execution is the strategy.

What you'll do

Grow our existing client relationships

  • Own senior relationships across Clickr's key accounts (B2B, enterprise and consumer brands), operating at marketing director and C-level.
  • Drive organic account growth with clear revenue accountability: expanded scopes, retainer renewals, and cross-sell into performance, creative and tech.
  • Turn growth data into the story your clients take back to their own team and business: leads generated, sales grown, pipeline built, ROI defended.

Bring new clients in through relationships

  • Activate your own network of senior marketing and comms decision-makers across Singapore and Malaysia, where we have offices and active inbound on both ends, and across the wider APAC region.
  • Convert warm relationships into new business.
  • Lead pitches and proposals that showcase Clickr's integrated capabilities across Performance, Creative and Tech.

Orchestrate growth for clients

  • Shape growth strategy across the full funnel, from acquisition through retention, and brief our specialist teams to execute.
  • Speak the language fluently: CAC, ROAS, conversion, funnel optimization, performance creative, CRM, ABM, CDP, experimentation. You direct this work and quality-check it.
  • Work AI-first. We build our own AI workflows internally, and we expect leaders to reach for AI by default in how they and their teams get things done, then push everyone around them to do thesame.

Lead the client servicing team

  • Lead, mentor and raise the bar for our account directors and managers. Accountability with empathy.
  • Own account profitability, forecasting and scope control across the portfolio, and keep the new business pipeline healthy, reviewed and reported on a regular rhythm.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years agency-side, with senior client leadership experience (Group Account Director, Business Director or Head of Client Services level) in a digital, performance or growth-focused agency environment.
  • A track record of growing accounts that you can put numbers to: starting value, ending value, and what you sold in. We will ask.
  • A network of senior marketing and comms decision-makers at large commercial brands in Singapore and Malaysia, ideally people managing APAC. Relationships that belong to you, ones you could start activating in your first 90 days.
  • Growth fluency: you've owned or directed work measured in leads, eCommerce sales or pipeline, and you're conversant with MarTech concepts like CRM, ABM, CDP and server-side tracking.
  • Team leadership and P&L ownership across a multi-client portfolio.
  • Based in Singapore, persuasive and at ease with C-level stakeholders.
