Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Ground Staff Executive to join our team at Viswamitempowersolution in Chandigarh, Punjab, India. As a Ground Staff Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's ground operations. - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience
- Handle ticketing, reservations, and other administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient boarding of passengers
- Assist passengers with special needs and provide support to unaccompanied minors
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Handle baggage and cargo loading and unloading, as well as other ground handling duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Continuously update knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to passengers. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and ticketing systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
