Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Aviation Ground Operations

Qualification: Master's Degree in Aviation / Aviation Management or related field

About the Role 

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and industry-experienced Aviation Faculty to join our academic  team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on exposure in aviation ground operations along with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring aviation professionals.

This role offers an opportunity to shape future aviation talent by delivering industry-focused training, practical learning experiences, and career guidance aligned with current aviation standards.

 Key Responsibilities

 • Deliver training in aviation operations, airport ground handling, customer service, cargo operations, aviation safety procedures, and airport management.

 • Share practical industry insights and real-time operational knowledge from professional experience.

 • Conduct classroom sessions, practical training, workshops, and simulation-based learning activities.

 • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and student evaluation reports.

 • Mentor students for interviews, internships, and placement opportunities within the aviation sector.

 • Maintain high teaching standards and academic documentation.

 • Contribute to curriculum enhancement and continuous improvement of training modules.

 • Participate actively in academic meetings, seminars, events, and student engagement activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

•  Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), preferably with a specialization in Aviation, Airline Management, Logistics, Operations, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of full-time professional experience in the airline/aviation industry, including managerial and/or operational leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of current aviation industry practices, trends, regulations, and operational frameworks.
• Well-established industry network with the ability to engage with aviation professionals and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to contribute industry expertise to academic, training, or professional development environments.
