Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Ground Instructor at URBX Pilot Academy. The role involves conducting ground instruction sessions, preparing lesson plans, overseeing and assisting students in understanding aviation concepts, and ensuring they meet industry standards. The instructor will also be responsible for tracking student progress and providing constructive feedback. The position is based in Ernakulam.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of aviation concepts and regulations, with relevant training or certification in aviation or flight instruction
- Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills
- Ability to prepare and deliver comprehensive lesson plans effectively
- Experience in classroom instruction, student mentoring, and progress tracking
- Proficiency in using technology and online tools for remote instruction
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated passion for aviation and commitment to nurturing aspiring pilots and aviation professionals
- Prior teaching experience of 1 year in the aviation industry.
- Type rating on current aircraft in industry, is preferred
