Job Summary:
The Greeter (Customer Relation Executive) is the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom. The role involves welcoming customers warmly, understanding their needs, and directing them to the appropriate sales executive or department. The Greeter ensures every customer receives an excellent first impression of Bhima Jewellery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome every customer with a pleasant smile and courteous attitude.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the right counter or executive.
- Maintain the customer waiting area in a professional and organized manner.
- Record walk-in details and share daily customer footfall reports.
- Support customers with product or service information when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer flow.
- Handle basic customer queries politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain showroom ambiance and follow grooming standards as per company policy.
- Assist during promotional or festive events to manage customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 02 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, good grooming, and confident body language.
- Fluency in English and local language (Hindi essential for North India branches).
- Customer-centric, polite, and enthusiastic attitude.
