Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers entering the showroom
- Guide customers to the concerned sales executives or departments
- Ensure customers feel comfortable and attended throughout their visit
- Handle customer enquiries politely and professionally
- Maintain customer waiting coordination and showroom hospitality
- Support customer relationship activities and service follow-ups
- Ensure smooth customer flow within the showroom
- Maintain front desk etiquette and professional appearance
