Role Description The Greenhouse Project Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, responsible for overseeing daily operations .

This role includes supervising installation and maintenance of greenhouse systems.

The supervisor coordinates workforce schedules, assigns tasks, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking project timelines, managing materials and inventory.

Qualifications

• Project supervision and coordination skills, with experience in planning tasks, managing timelines, and overseeing on-site teams.
• Basic understanding of automation and control systems used in commercial greenhouses and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with farm staff, clients, and training participants.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to safety procedures and operational efficiency.
• Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, controlled-environment farming, or a related field is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, environmental science, or an equivalent discipline is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site manage physical tasks in greenhouse environments, and adapt to changing project needs.
