Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Architecture and Green Building or energy
Expert located in Jalandhar, Punjab, India, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves designing sustainable and eco-friendly architectural solutions, overseeing and managing green building projects, and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards. The architect will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to create innovative designs that integrate sustainable practices. The candidate will also participate in building system integration, review design specifications, and manage project timelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Software Development and Integration of design and building systems
- Strong Project Management skills, including timeline planning and stakeholder collaboration
- Thorough knowledge of green building standards, sustainability practices, and environmental impact assessments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant architectural design software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of regional construction practices in Punjab is an advantage
