Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Green Building Associate for an on-site position at our Chennai office. This role involves assisting with green building coordination, preparing documentation for green building certifications, conducting energy modelling and performance analyses, and supporting daylight and shadow studies. The Associate will work collaboratively with the team to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for diverse projects.

The position will be on-site at our office in OMR, Chennai and will involve traveling to various places where the project is located.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• Any one of IGBC AP/ GRIHA CP/ LEED GA/ LEED AP qualified persons and/or experience working in similar projects are preferred
