Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, rollout, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains ERP.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Handle core modules like Finance, MRP, BOM, and Inventory.
- Assist in system setup, testing, training, and support.
- Create project documentation, conduct user training, and ensure adherence to SOX compliance.
- Work closely with users and leadership to improve ERP-driven business processes.
Key Skills (Technical & Non-Technical)
- Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains ERP
- Modules: Finance, MRP, BOM, Inventory
- Strong understanding of inventory costing and General Ledger impacts
- Basic programming/data extraction skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills
- Ability to travel (up to 30%) for rollouts
- Hands-on experience in a discrete manufacturing environment preferred
