Job Description: Spanish, German and French Language Customer Support Executive
Role Responsibilities:
Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and address concerns through clear, professional written and oral communication.
Maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor, representing the company positively and handling sensitive issues discreetly.
Demonstrate excellent time-management and the ability to work independently, utilizing departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
Contribute actively to a positive team environment, proactively assisting teammates with challenging contacts.
Meet performance metrics, including quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
Qualifications:
Any Graduation, plus a B2 Level certification the specific language.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish, German, French and English.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and remain calm in difficult situations.
Other Details:
Salary: Minimum 1 year experience upto 7 LPA, more than 2 years experienced candidates up to 9-13 LPA
Shift: Night shift
