Role Summary

The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for welcoming guests, handling inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining professional communication with clients, visitors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and walk-in customers professionally
  • Handle front desk operations and visitor management
  • Assist customers with basic project / property information
  • Coordinate site visits and client meetings
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain visitor records and daily reports
  • Support sales and site teams with customer coordination
  • Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required
  • Ensure reception and guest areas are neat and presentable
