Role Summary
The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for
welcoming guests, handling inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining professional communication with clients, visitors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and walk-in customers professionally
- Handle front desk operations and visitor management
- Assist customers with basic project / property information
- Coordinate site visits and client meetings
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain visitor records and daily reports
- Support sales and site teams with customer coordination
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required
- Ensure reception and guest areas are neat and presentable
- Follow company policies and professional etiquette
