Job Title: GRE – Front Desk Executive (Real Estate)

Job Summary

The GRE Front Desk Executive is responsible for handling front office operations, welcoming visitors, managing inquiries, and providing administrative support at a real estate site or office. The role ensures a professional and customer-friendly experience for all clients, visitors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and route them appropriately
  • Maintain visitor records and entry logs
  • Provide information about projects, site details, and company services
  • Coordinate with sales and site teams for client visits and meetings
  • Manage front office administration and documentation
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of reception area
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Support in coordination between customers and internal departments
  • Handle basic complaints and escalate to concerned departments

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
  • Pleasant personality and professional behavior
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
  • Customer handling and coordination skills
  • Time management and organizational skills

Qualification

  • Graduate in any stream (preferred)

Experience

  • 1–3 years experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service (real estate experience preferred)
