Job Summary
The GRE Front Desk Executive is responsible for handling front office operations, welcoming visitors, managing inquiries, and providing administrative support at a real estate site or office. The role ensures a professional and customer-friendly experience for all clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and route them appropriately
- Maintain visitor records and entry logs
- Provide information about projects, site details, and company services
- Coordinate with sales and site teams for client visits and meetings
- Manage front office administration and documentation
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of reception area
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Support in coordination between customers and internal departments
- Handle basic complaints and escalate to concerned departments
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
- Pleasant personality and professional behavior

Qualification
- Graduate in any stream (preferred)
Experience
