We are hiring a GRE (Guest Relations Executive) for our property located in beautiful Auroville. We are looking for enthusiastic, presentable, and customer-focused professionals who can create a warm and memorable experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Handle guest queries and ensure excellent customer service
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
- Maintain professional communication with guests at all times
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum experience: 1 to 2 years in hospitality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations is preferred
- Must-Know Tamil: Speak and Write Effectively
