GRC Implementaton Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Client Liaison:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring effective communication.
• Collaborate with clients to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Platform Configuration:

• Learn and master the assigned platform to configure and customize it according to client requirements, with a focus on integrating GRC capabilities.
• Implement and manage configuration changes to improve and optimize client workflows, particularly in the areas of governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet the specified requirements and quality standards.

Project Management:

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Training and Support:

• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the platform and its functionalities, including GRC features.
• Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support platform users.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 23 years of experience as a GRC consultant or in a similar role, preferably in business process management or IT consulting.
• Experience configuring and customizing software platforms with a focus on GRC capabilities.
