GRC/Authorization

We are seeking an experienced SAP Authorization Expert to manage and optimize user access, roles, and security within our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will ensure that our SAP systems adhere to compliance standards, implement role-based access control (RBAC), and support audits and security reviews.

Role Design and Maintenance:

Design, develop, and maintain SAP roles and profiles.

ImplementRole-Based Access Control(RBAC) to ensure secure and compliant access.

User Access Management:

Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role assignments in SAP systems.

Monitor and resolve authorization issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Compliance and Audit:

Ensure adherence to security policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, etc.

Conduct regular role reviews and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary reports and documentation.

SAP Security Configuration:

Configure and maintain SAP authorization objects, profiles, and access controls.

Implement security enhancements and patches as needed.

Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into secure SAP roles.

Provide guidance and training to end-users on SAP security best practices.

Troubleshooting and Optimization:

Diagnose and resolve SAP authorization and access issues promptly.

Optimize role structures for efficiency and compliance.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience inSAP Securityand Authorization.

Strong expertise in SAProles and authorizationconcepts across various modules (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori).

Hands-on experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools forSoDanalysis, role simulations, and compliance management.

In-depth understanding of compliance standards such asSOX, GDPR, and others.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP authorization and security issues.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with SAP HANA security and authorization management.

Knowledge of SAP Identity Management (IdM).

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and practices.

SAP certification in Security and Authorization.

Experience in implementingSingle Sign-On(SSO) and other advanced security configurations.

Awareness of emerging trends in SAP security, including AI and automation tools.
