Job Title : Gravity Solutions Consultant
Job Type : Full-Time
Experience : 5-10 years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana
Responsibilities
- Experience in solution consulting, implementation, or system architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Gravity Platform or similar enterprise workflow/automation platforms.
- Experience in enterprise solution design and business process mapping.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS platforms or workflow automation tools.
- Prior consulting experience in client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Solid understanding of system integration concepts, APIs (REST/SOAP), and data modeling.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client-facing engagements.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions using the Gravity platform.
- Configure, customize, and implement Gravity solutions based on best practices.
- Lead solution workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and technical discussions.
- Provide expertise in system integration, APIs, and third-party application connectivity.
- Develop functional and technical documentation, including solution designs, workflows, and implementation guides.
- Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions for stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and performance standards.
- Stay updated with Gravity platform enhancements and industry best practices.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
