About The Role
We are looking for a creative designer who understands how modern design works with AI. This is not a traditional graphic design role focused only on Photoshop or Canva. We want someone who can combine creativity, AI tools, media creation, and lightweight development skills to build fast, engaging, and visually strong digital experiences.
Freshers are encouraged to apply. What matters most is creativity, speed of execution, curiosity, and the ability to use AI tools effectively.
What You'll Do
- Create graphics, posters, social media creatives, presentations, and marketing assets
- Use AI tools for faster design ideation, image generation, video creation, and content production
- Design visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, events, and product launches
- Create short-form media content including reels, animations, motion graphics, and AI-assisted videos
- Work on basic website/page creation using AI-assisted development tools
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to execute campaigns quickly
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication
- Experiment with new AI design and media tools regularly
Skills We're Looking For
- Strong sense of design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo AI, Canva AI, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, or similar
- Ability to create both static and motion-based creatives
- Basic understanding of website/page building is a plus
- Fast learner with high ownership and creative curiosity
- Good communication and teamwork skills
