Role: Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager who will take complete ownership of Rioware's visual identity. This is an end-to-end role covering all brand creativesfrom marketplaces and website assets to ads and social media.

This role is ideal for someone who understands what design converts, not just what looks good.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Creative Design

• Design all brand creatives across:
• Marketplaces (listing images, banners, A+ content)
• Website (banners, landing page creatives)
• Social media & performance ads
• Packaging, presentations, and internal creatives
• Ensure strong brand consistency across all platforms
• Create conversion-focused creatives aligned with business goals

Social Media Management

• Handle complete social media execution from planning to posting
• Design posts, stories, reels creatives, and highlights
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars
• Align social content with brand tone, trends, and campaigns

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva
• Experience in D2C / E-commerce design preferred
• Clear understanding of conversion-driven design
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and execution skills
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and self-managed
