About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 5-6 years of professional experience to support our branding, marketing, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals, and experience working across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design marketing and branding collaterals including brochures, posters, flyers, standees, social media creatives, presentations, and advertisements
• Develop visual concepts in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Create engaging digital content for social media, websites, emailers, and online campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to understand design requirements
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touch points
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital production
• Incorporate feedback and refine designs efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5-6 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with digital and print design formats
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and execute them independently
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work
• Experience in branding, education, or agency environments
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
• Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific design requirements
