Job Description
We're looking for a creative and innovative Graphics Designer to join our team in Chennai, India. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating compelling visual content that communicates our brand message effectively across multiple platforms. You'll work collaboratively with marketing, product, and development teams to bring creative concepts to life while maintaining our brand identity and design standards.
- Design and develop visual content for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, web assets, and promotional collateral
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs
- Create and maintain design mockups, prototypes, and style guides to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance your skill set
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines
- Develop concepts that align with brand guidelines and organizational objectives
- Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes to ensure responsive and user-friendly experiences
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or related creative field
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Flexible approach to feedback and willingness to iterate on designs
- Preferred: Experience with UI/UX design, web design, or motion graphics
- Preferred: Knowledge of responsive design principles and web standards
- Preferred: Portfolio or case studies demonstrating previous design work and creative problem-solving
- Preferred: Experience working with design systems or component libraries
