Your Job
Job Specific intro paragraph We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX & Visual Designer to craft intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent digital experiences across web and mobile. You will define UI standards and reusable component systems, translate complex requirements into elegant interfaces, and produce high-quality visual assets and email templates that strengthen our product and brand.
Our Team
You will join a product-focused design team partnering closely with product managers, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders to ship user-centered experiences. The team values design systems, accessibility, and data-informed iteration to deliver consistent enterprise-grade interfaces.
What You Will Do
- Design clean, modern, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile that balance user needs and business goals
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate interaction and visual intent
- Define, evolve, and maintain a scalable design system: color tokens, typography hierarchy, spacing, grids, and component libraries
- Produce high-quality visual assets: icons, illustrations, dashboards, data visualizations, marketing creatives, and HTML/email templates
- Ensure usability and accessibility (WCAG) best practices are embedded in designs and documented for developers
- Review existing interfaces to identify UX gaps and propose prioritized, measurable improvements
- Deliver clear handoff artifacts (specs, redlines, assets) and support developers through implementation and QA
- Advocate for continuous improvement—introduce design patterns, tooling, and processes that increase consistency and speed
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 2+ years of professional UI/UX and visual design experience (2–5 years preferred)
- Proficient with Figma (preferred) and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Sketch/Adobe XD a plus
- Demonstrated experience building and documenting design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines
- Strong grounding in UX fundamentals: usability heuristics, interaction design, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography
- Portfolio that showcases end-to-end product UI work, component-driven systems, and visual assets (icons, email templates, dashboards)
What Will Put You Ahead
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript; experience with component-based frameworks (React)
- Experience designing enterprise applications, internal tools, or data-heavy dashboards
- Familiarity with PowerApps or other low-code/no-code platforms
- Prior collaboration experience in Agile/Scrum environments and smooth design handoff workflows
- Strong data visualization skills and experience creating accessible, readable dashboard layouts
