About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate
Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for
freshers who are eager to learn and build their career in the design field. You will receive structured training in the first 4 months, and from the 5th month onward, you will support live projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert raster images into high-quality vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
- Support the design team with project requirements.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain accuracy in all design tasks.
- Collaborate with senior designers and project leads to ensure timely delivery.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new design tools and workflows.
Training & Growth:
- First 4 months: Hands-on training in Adobe Illustrator and design workflow.
- From 5th month: Actively support client and internal projects.
- Guidance from senior designers to help you grow into an independent contributor.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Interest in graphic design and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
- Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
