Role Description
- Design engaging creatives for social media posts, stories, carousels, and ads
- Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding
- Design brochures, catalogs, presentations, and other digital/print materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables Social Media Management
- Plan, manage, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals and trends
- Write captions, hashtags, and basic copy for posts and reels
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages and respond appropriately
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for reach and engagement
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform algorithms
Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in graphics design and social media management
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of social media aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling
- Experience handling Instagram and Facebook business accounts
- Good knowledge of content planning, engagement strategies, and analytics
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics
- Experience in home interior, real estate, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer
