Graphic Designer (AI Tools Focused)
About the Role We're seeking a creative graphic designer who is passionate about leveraging AI-powered design tools to create exceptional visual content. The ideal candidate should either have hands-on experience with AI design tools or demonstrate strong eagerness to master emerging AI technologies in graphic design alongside our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media using both traditional and AI-assisted design tools
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, AI design innovations, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- Design content for company's pamphlets, brochures, social media creatives, website, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver assets on time and prior to deadlines
- Demonstrate strong grasp of foundational graphics design skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with or strong willingness to learn AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Photoshop AI features, or similar platforms)
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Portfolio of work demonstrating design versatility
Required Skills
Hard Skills:
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (preferred) or demonstrated ability to quickly adopt new technologies
- Knowledge of graphic design principles
- Proven track record of designing for brands

Training & Development The candidate will be trained on:
- Industry-leading applications for graphics design and graphics assets
- AI-powered design tools and workflows to enhance productivity and creativity
- Organizing work & improving productivity
- Using tools like mindmaps, flowcharts, comparison tables to think clearly
- Documenting all important design processes systematically
- Access to courses and learning resources for continuous professional growth
- Package Range: 20,000 - 30,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)
