We are looking for a Content Design Lead to drive the end-to-end creation of high-quality, high-performing content across digital channels. This role will lead a team of designers, video editors, and video creators to deliver D2C content, performance marketing creatives, adaptations, and sale assets at scale. You will play a key role in balancing creative excellence with performance impact, ensuring all content is on-brand, insight-led, and optimized for conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy & Content Direction
- Define the overall content design strategy aligned with brand and performance goals
- Translate briefs into clear creative directions across formats (static, video, motion)
- Ensure consistency in visual language across all consumer touchpoints
- Identify winning formats, hooks, and creative patterns
- Continuously iterate and improve content based on insights
2. Team Leadership & Output Management
- Lead and manage a team of designers, video editors, and video creators
- Allocate work, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of all assets
- Review outputs and provide actionable feedback to maintain high quality
3. D2C & Performance Content Creation
- Oversee creation of: Website / app creatives, Paid ads (Meta, Google, marketplaces), Social media content
- Ensure creatives are optimized for engagement, CTR, and conversions
- Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to understand performance data
4. Adaptations & Scale
- Build efficient systems to deliver high-volume adaptations across formats, sizes, and platforms
- Ensure quick turnaround for campaign rollouts and always-on content needs
- Drive templatization and scalability without compromising quality
5. Sale & Campaign Creatives
- Lead design for sale events, launches, and key marketing moments
- Ensure strong, clutter-breaking creatives for high-traffic periods
- Maintain consistency across all sale touchpoints (ads, banners, landing pages)
7. Process & Collaboration
- Partner with Brand, Performance Marketing, and E-commerce teams
- Streamline workflows, briefs, and feedback loops
- Build efficient processes for faster turnaround and better output quality
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in content design / creative roles, preferably in D2C, consumer brands, or agencies
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary creative teams (design + video)
- Strong understanding of:
- Performance marketing creatives
- Social media content trends
- D2C ecosystem (website, marketplaces, ads)
- Proficiency in design and video tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Strong creative judgment with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to balance speed, scale, and quality in a fast-paced environment
