About the Company

A Fortune 200 company is building its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its web design talent. You will shape the look and feel of digital experiences for a global organisation. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Web Designer, you will design web pages and digital interfaces that look great and work cleanly, bridging visual design and the realities of the browser.

Key Responsibilities

Web & UI Design

• Design responsive web pages, landing pages, and email templates
• Build UI components, banners, and graphics for digital products
• Create mockups and prototypes from wireframes and briefs

Handoff & Systems

• Prepare clean, developer-ready assets and specs
• Maintain a consistent design system across web properties

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years in web or digital design with a portfolio of live work
• Strong skills in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
• A solid grasp of responsive layout, type, and visual hierarchy
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Exposure to UX practices and accessibility basics
• Experience designing within a large brand or design system
