Graphic & Visual Design Analyst

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Visual Design Analyst to support our sales and pursuit teams by creating high-impact, client-facing presentations and branded visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop executive-level sales presentations, pitch decks, client proposals, renewal presentations, and strategic pursuit materials.
• Create visually engaging graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, and data visualizations to simplify complex business information.
• Ensure all presentation materials comply with organizational brand guidelines, formatting standards, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Response Management, Marketing, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content and transform it into impactful presentation deliverables.
• Develop and maintain standardized PowerPoint templates, slide libraries, iconography, and reusable presentation assets.
• Manage and organize presentation content, case studies, testimonials, proof points, and digital assets within content repositories such as SharePoint or Highspot.
• Apply structured storytelling techniques to create persuasive, client-focused presentations.
• Continuously improve presentation quality by introducing innovative design approaches, visualization techniques, and presentation best practices.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, formatting precision, and timely delivery of all presentation materials.
• Support multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with expertise in presentation design and template creation.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Strong visual storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Experience in creating infographics, charts, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Knowledge of branding principles, corporate identity, and brand governance.
• Experience managing content libraries, digital assets, and reusable presentation materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, formatting accuracy, and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting B2B sales, pursuit management, proposal development, or sales enablement teams.
• Familiarity with structured storytelling frameworks.
• Exposure to Highspot, SharePoint, or similar content management platforms.
• Understanding of marketing communications and branding strategies.
• Experience working in global or matrix organizations.
