Job Description

Job Purpose

The primary function of the role is to create compelling visual content that enhances our brand identity and engages our audience across various digital platforms. From concept to execution, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality videos and graphics that communicate our message effectively.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content.
  • Ensure seamless transitions, clear audio, and consistent visuals.
  • Add visual effects, animations, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
  • Ensure all video/music used is copyright-free.

Graphic Design

  • Design high-quality graphics for social media, banners, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.

Creative Concept Development

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and storyboard campaigns.
  • Translate creative briefs into effective visual executions.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Manage timelines and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Handle multiple assignments while maintaining high quality.
  • Conduct quality checks for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Visual Content Enhancement

  • Integrate motion graphics, animations, and special effects to elevate content.
  • Continuously improve content by adopting new trends, tools, and techniques.

Secondary Duties and responsibilities

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with writers, marketers, designers, and other creative team members to bring concepts to life.

Trend Research & Skill Upgradation

  • Stay updated on emerging design styles, video editing techniques, and industry tools.
  • Explore new creative methods to keep content fresh and innovative.

Production Support

  • Assist in basic video shoots or provide creative input during recording sessions (if required).
  • Support in organizing assets, raw footage, and project files.

Social Platform Optimization

Adapt content formats to meet the technical and creative requirements of different social media platforms.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Film Production Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a video editor and graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
  • Expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Solid understanding of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their specific requirements for video and graphic content.
