About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic & UI Designer who can combine strong visual design with practical UI thinking. The ideal candidate should have experience designing high-converting email creatives, marketing banners, and intuitive UI layouts.

This role requires someone who can translate business requirements into clean, effective, and visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality email creatives that are visually engaging and optimized for performance.

Create marketing banners, promotional creatives, and campaign assets for web and digital platforms.

Design UI layouts, components, and user flows for web products.

Maintain design consistency, spacing systems, and visual hierarchy across all deliverables.

Work closely with product, marketing, and CRO teams to translate requirements into design solutions.

Ensure designs follow modern UI/UX standards and responsive design principles.

Deliver designs that are conversion-focused, not just visually appealing.

Required Skills

45 years of experience in Graphic Design and UI Design.

Strong experience in Email Design, Marketing Banners, and Product UI.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color systems, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to create clean, structured UI designs and reusable components.

Good understanding of responsive and web design principles.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
