Purpose
Create high-quality static and video creatives for social media, performance marketing, and marketplaces. This role is for a designer who understands visual communication, not just tools someone who can bring clarity, storytelling, and strong brand messaging into every creative.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design
- Design static creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- UseAdobe Photoshop & Illustratorfor image editing, layouts, retouching, typography, and brand assets.
- Create marketplace creatives (Amazon/Flipkart): A+ images, listing infographics, benefit-led visuals.
- Edit and enhance AI-generated images in Photoshop when required.
2. Motion & Video Editing
- Create short-form videos, Reels, and ads usingAfter Effects & Premiere Pro.
- Edit raw footage, add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and brand elements.
- Keep videos aligned with platform trends fast hooks, clean pacing, clear messaging.
3. Performance Marketing Creatives
- Produce visuals and videos optimized for conversions:
- Hook-driven Reels
- Product demos
- Testimonial edits
- Carousel ads
- Offer-led creatives
- Understand the basics of performance trends:
- 35 second attention hooks
- Bold visuals
- Clear CTA communication
- UGC-inspired formats
4. Social Media Communication
- Work with the marketing team to interpret copy, messaging, and brand tone.
- Convert content ideas into clean, impactful visuals.
- Spot and adapt trending formats relevant to the brand.
5. Collaboration & Workflow
- Coordinate with the founder and senior marketing expert on concepts and revisions.
- Follow internal processes, maintain organized files, and meet timelines.
- Deliver variations for A/B testing when needed.
Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understanding of social media formats (static + Reels + Shorts)
- Basic communication/copy sense for message-led design
- Ability to interpret briefs and apply visual hierarchy
Preferred Background
- 24 years in acreative or digital agency(important for workflow familiarity).
- Portfolio showcasing static design + video work + performance creatives.
- Experience with eCommerce or Amazon creatives is a strong plus.
