We're Hiring: Graphic & Motion Designer

Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec is looking for a creative, versatile Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Creative Team. You'll shape the visual identity of our institutions across digital, social, and print.

What You'll Do

• Design high-impact creatives for social media, paid ads, and campaigns
• Produce motion graphics, reels, and video edits for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Create print-ready material: newspaper ads, brochures, hoardings, and more
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation and production without compromising quality
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to deliver on tight timelines
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple institutional brands

What We're Looking For

• Excellent proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong design sense: layout, typography, colour, and composition
• Hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing
• Working experience with AI tools in design workflows
• Solid knowledge of print media: newspaper ads and brochures
• 3+ years of relevant experience
