Role Summary
The Video Editor & Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging videos and graphics that align with the brand's identity and marketing objectives. This role requires a creative individual with strong design sensibilities, storytelling skills, and hands-on execution ability across digital platforms.
Video Editing
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, ads, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Create short-form content such as reels, shorts, and promotional videos
- Add music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and motion elements
- Ensure videos are optimised for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Maintain consistency in visual style, pacing, and brand tone
Graphic Designing
- Design creatives for social media posts, banners, ads, posters, and thumbnails
- Develop visual assets for packaging, presentations, and marketing materials
- Work on brand collaterals while adhering to brand guidelines
- Create infographics, icons, and visual layouts as required
Brand & Creative Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to understand creative requirements
- Translate briefs into compelling visual content
- Suggest creative concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling ideas
Content Management
- Organise and maintain a library of design files, videos, and templates
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives as per content calendars and campaign timelines
- Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency
Quality & Performance
- Ensure all creatives are visually appealing, accurate, and error-free
- Stay updated with design trends, video formats, and social media best practices
- Optimise visuals for engagement, clarity, and performance
