Key Deliverables:

Lead and manage a 1520 member graphic design team in night shifts
Drive execution of print and digital ad designs while meeting daily SLAs
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality, timely output
Oversee capacity planning and performance against business goals

Role Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate team to meet creative and operational benchmarks
Coordinate with training and leadership teams for continuous improvement
Monitor industry trends to upgrade internal design capabilities
Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and team deliverables
