Role Objective

We are hiring a highly skilled Graphic Designer who can create clean, modern, and

brand-consistent visual assets across digital platforms. This role requires strong

understanding of branding systems, structured layouts, and UI-oriented design thinking to

produce visually clear, user-friendly, and high-impact designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design social media creatives, campaigns, and marketing assets.

Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity and design system.

Create website and landing page layouts focused on clarity and conversion.

Produce UI-aligned layouts for digital platforms and structured content blocks.

Ensure consistency in typography, color usage, spacing, and layout hierarchy.

Collaborate with marketing and development teams for execution.

Deliver pixel-perfect, high-resolution, production-ready creatives.

Branding & Visual Identity

Develop and maintain brand kits including typography, color palettes, and usage

guidelines.

Ensure consistent visual communication across all touchpoints.

Apply strong understanding of color psychology and composition.

Website & UI Design

Design responsive website sections and landing pages.

Structure layouts for readability and engagement.

Prepare developer-friendly files and organized components.

Mandatory Software Skills

Primary Tools:

Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems)

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

Supporting Tools:

Canva Pro

Adobe XD (if required)

Zeplin / Figma Dev Mode

Google Drive

Notion / Trello / Asana

Required Competencies

Strong layout, alignment, and visual hierarchy skills.

Deep understanding of branding and consistency.

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Understanding of digital marketing design requirements.

Structured, system-based approach to design not random creatives.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must present work including:

Social media campaigns

Branding or identity systems

Website or landing page designs

Typography and layout-focused projects.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts,

Multimedia Design, or equivalent practical experience.

Designs remain consistent with brand identity.

Marketing receives ready-to-use, well-structured creatives.

Visual communication improves engagement and clarity.
