About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital, print, and packaging. Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media, ads, emailers, and website
• Create packaging designs, brand collaterals, and offline promotional materials
• Translate brand strategy into consistent visual assets across all channels
• Collaborate with content, product, and performance teams to deliver high-converting creatives
• Stay updated with design trends and apply them where relevant to enhance brand appeal
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Canva
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for D2C or consumer-facing brands
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and openness to feedback
• Strong command on Hindi & English languages

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing
• UI/UX design knowledge
• Photography or illustration skills
