Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: On-site (Ravet, Pune)

Experience: 02 Years (Freshers with strong portfolio may apply)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with brand strategy and marketing objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and adaptability to evolving digital design tools, including AI-powered platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design high-quality creative assets for:

  • Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Digital marketing campaigns
  • Branding and promotional materials
  • Website banners, landing pages, and email creatives

-Create engaging layouts, illustrations, infographics, and visual concepts using:

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • CorelDRAW
  • Canva

-Assist in basic video editing, reels, short-form content, and multimedia creatives.

-Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve productivity and creative experimentation.

-Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications by strictly following brand guidelines.

-Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to conceptualize campaign creatives.

-Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

-Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design tools, UI/UX patterns, and digital marketing aesthetics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

-Working knowledge of AI-based design tools and generative design platforms.

-Strong understanding of:

  • Color theory
  • Typography
  • Layout composition
  • Visual hierarchy

-Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage.

-Good communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.

-Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly.

-Strong time management and organizational skills.

-Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

-Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

-A portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or practice work is required.
