Role Description

We are looking for a - Graphic Designer/ Video editor/ or candidates skilled in both for Paid Internship based in Noida that offers hybrid work flexibility.

As an intern, you will be responsible for visually appealing and engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, YouTube and more.

Along with designing and editing, you may also contribute to creative planning, and understanding audience driven design strategies. Your tasks may include conducting market research, monitoring analytics, and creating content calendars.

The internship duration is 2-3 months, with a future job opportunity based on performance.

Working hours: 10 AM to 6 Pm Working days: Monday to Saturday with alternate Saturdays being off.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing engaging social media creative, Banners , Post, and promotional graphics.

2. Creating visually appealing layouts, thumbnails, and brand- based design elements

3. Working on design concepts ideas brainstorming, and content visualisation

4. Editing videos for social media including reels, shorts, advertisements, and brand videos

5. Ensuring brand consistency while maintaining creativity in designs

6. Collaborating with the team to understand project

Qualifications

A working knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

Interest in digital marketing, branding and design trends with willingness to learn and grow.

Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and visual communication skills.

The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take constructive feedback.

An interest in digital marketing and social media trends and the desire to learn and grow.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or a related field from a recognized institution

An excellent work ethic and a willingness to seek out and take on new challenges.

Note: This is a paid internship. The stipend is 5k-10k -INDIAN RUPEES (rest depend on the skills)
