Graphic Designer

Role Summary

The Graphic Designer will create strong, brand-relevant visual content for social media. The role requires someone with a good understanding of layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy and current digital design trends.

Experience required: 1-2 years

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai

Work setup: Full-time, office-based

Joining timeline: Immediate joining

Key Responsibilities

• Design static posts, carousels, stories, reel covers and digital campaign assets
• Adapt creative concepts across different social media formats
• Work on multiple brands while maintaining distinct visual identities
• Translate briefs and references into polished, original designs
• Collaborate with the social media, copy and video teams
• Make revisions based on internal and client feedback
• Resize and prepare final artwork for different platforms
• Stay updated with visual, social media and design trends
• Experiment with AI-assisted creative tools where relevant

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour and layout
• Good visual taste and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret briefs and references accurately
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Understanding of Instagram-first design
• Openness to feedback and creative iteration
• Basic understanding of branding and campaign design

Software Proficiency

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Figma or AI creative tools is an advantage

Additional Requirements

• A strong portfolio is mandatory
• Candidates should be able to work independently after receiving a clear brief
• Social media or agency experience is preferred
• Motion design knowledge is an advantage but not compulsory
