Job Summary

Xylem Learning is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging visual content that supports our academic programs and marketing initiatives. This role requires strong design skills, time management ability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative materials for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and print requirements.

Create visual content that supports academic programs and promotional activities.

Develop layouts, illustrations, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines.

Work closely with academic, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements.

Revise designs based on feedback and ensured timely delivery of final outputs.

Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Maintain visual consistency across all communication materials.

Stay updated with current design trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience in the education or ed-tech sector is an advantage.
