Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, brand identities, advertising creatives, packaging, pitch decks, and marketing assets. You will work closely with the creative director and content team to translate ideas into high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop engaging designs for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and branding projects.
- Create layouts, illustrations, social media templates, and visual concepts for campaigns.
- Work with creative briefs and convert them into compelling visual communication.
- Collaborate with the strategy, video, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Adapt existing designs and templates for various platforms.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Prepare final files for print and digital deployment.
Required Skills & Proficiency- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Bonus: Experience with Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma.
- Strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and brand-aligned designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- 1–2 years of professional design experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio also welcome).
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, illustrations, or marketing designs.
Additional Advantages- Experience with motion graphics or simple animations.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing basics.
- Knowledge of photography, styling, or basic video editing.
