Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at WOT, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across various platforms. You'll work closely with our creative team to design innovative graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, print materials, and more. Your creative flair and attention to detail will be crucial in bringing our clients visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Creation: Develop eye-catching graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, website elements.

- Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and meet the quality standards of WOT and our clients.

- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered on time.

- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.

- Strong ability to study briefs and translate requirements into creative output.

- Being up to date with the latest creative & advertising strategies, visual concepts, etc.

- Experience with creative development and execution, and ability to meet deadlines.

- Proficient knowledge of relevant softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and other graphic design tools

- A keen eye for aesthetics and visual details with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts.
